The portal is wyomingmedicaid.com, and Wyoming is one of the simple ones. Dental is fee-for-service with no benefit manager — no DentaQuest, no LIBERTY, no SKYGEN, no plan-by-plan carve-out. There is nothing between the practice and the programme, so there is nothing to route around. That is the whole shape of it, and this page is short on purpose.
Two details are still worth carrying, because both send offices to the wrong place.
Eligibility and claims are on two different domains
Wyoming does not keep everything on one address. The programme's site is wyomingmedicaid.com. Claims go through evobrix.wyomingmedicaid.us — a different top-level domain, not a path under the first one.
That is unusual enough to matter. An office that bookmarks the .com and assumes the claims system lives somewhere inside it will hunt for a link that is not the obvious one; an office that half-remembers the claims address will type evobrix.wyomingmedicaid.com and get nowhere. Bookmark both, separately, and label which is which.
The fiscal agent is Acentra Health, not Gainwell
Wyoming's fiscal agent — the contractor that runs the claims system for the state — was CNSI, which is now Acentra Health. It is not Gainwell, which is the reflex answer because Gainwell runs the fiscal-agent contract in a long list of other states, Alabama, Arkansas and the District of Columbia among them.
This matters for one practical reason: when somebody searches for "Wyoming Medicaid provider enrolment" or rings a vendor help line, the wrong contractor name produces confidently wrong instructions and an entirely plausible portal that belongs to a different state's programme. Ask by state, never by vendor.

The check was a Domain Name System lookup on 10 September 2026. wyomingmedicaid.com returned a single address. evobrix.wyomingmedicaid.us resolved through one alias — register.wyomingmedicaid.us — to a single address.
That alias is worth knowing about rather than being surprised by: the claims hostname points at a host named for registration inside the same state domain, so a browser landing somewhere that says register has not gone wrong.
DNS is all we checked, and DNS proves only that the name has an address. It says nothing about whether either site is up, whether it answers from your network, or what happens after the login box — several state Medicaid systems refuse traffic that does not come from an ordinary practice network, so a failure observed from anywhere else proves nothing about the portal. We did not attempt to sign in.
What to do
- Bookmark both addresses and write on the bookmark which one is eligibility and which one is claims. They are on different domains and neither name hints at the other.
- Ignore the patient's plan for dental purposes. There is no dental benefit manager in Wyoming, so there is no second company to find and no plan-specific portal to hunt for.
- When you ring for help, name the state and not the vendor. The fiscal agent is Acentra Health, formerly CNSI; a call that starts by naming Gainwell will get answers about a different state.
- Record "fee-for-service, no benefit manager" against Wyoming in the practice management system. In a state where the answer is this short, the absence of a benefit manager is exactly the fact people keep re-deriving from scratch.
The state-by-state directory has the same answer for 48 states and the District of Columbia, each hostname re-checked in DNS on the same date. Most states are not this simple — most carve dental out to a benefit manager, which is why the reflex to look for one is so strong and why it wastes time here.
