The state system is or-medicaid.gov, and for dental it is the first of three lookups rather than the answer. Oregon Health Plan runs through 15 coordinated care organisations, and each one contracts its own dental plans. There is no statewide dental benefit manager, and the state publishes no roster mapping the coordinated care organisations to their dental plans. That missing roster is the whole difficulty of billing dental in Oregon.
Three levels, and the third one is not written down anywhere public
In a carve-out state — Nevada, South Carolina, Virginia — one company holds dental for everybody and you learn one login. In a plan-routed state like Ohio you learn a plan-to-administrator table and reuse it. Oregon is a level deeper than either. The patient is on Oregon Health Plan; Oregon Health Plan is delivered by one of 15 coordinated care organisations, which are regional bodies rather than statewide carriers; and that organisation has contracted one or more dental care organisations to run the dental benefit. You need the third one to verify and to bill.
Because the mapping is not published, it cannot be looked up once and filed. It has to be established per patient, from the coordinated care organisation itself, and confirmed rather than inferred — a neighbouring county's answer is not evidence about this one, since coordinated care organisations are regional and their dental contracts are their own.
Two dental portals commonly reached this way are providerportal.advantagedentalservices.com and signin.ayin.com. Both resolved on 10 September 2026. Neither is a statewide answer: which one you need, or whether you need a third, depends on the coordinated care organisation the patient is enrolled with.

All three hostnames were put through a Domain Name System lookup on 10 September 2026 and each returned an address. That is precisely what was verified. Nobody signed in, and no claim is made about whether any of them is reachable from a particular office network — several government and payer portals refuse traffic that does not come from an ordinary browser in an ordinary place.
Why this is worth writing down rather than re-deriving
The cost in Oregon is not a wrong login, it is a repeated investigation. An office that does not record the coordinated care organisation and its dental plan against the patient will redo the same two phone calls at the next visit, because nothing in the state system or on the patient's card completes the chain for them. That is also why a general "Oregon Medicaid dental portal" answer, from a colleague or from a search result, is close to worthless here: there is no such single portal, and any page offering one is describing a state that Oregon is not.
What to do
- Get the coordinated care organisation before anything else. It is the fork the whole rest of the answer hangs on, and there are 15 of them.
- Then ask that organisation which dental plan holds the benefit, and confirm it from the organisation rather than assuming from a nearby county.
- Write both down against the patient in the practice management system — organisation and dental plan — because the mapping is not published and you will otherwise repeat both calls.
- Do not treat or-medicaid.gov as the dental answer. It is the state system and the starting point, not the place the dental claim resolves.
