The portal is providerportal.libertydentalplan.com. LIBERTY Dental Plan is the single statewide administrator for dental under Nevada Medicaid and Nevada Check Up, so there is one door for the whole state and it is not the state's.
The state Medicaid site does not handle dental
medicaid.nv.gov does not carry the dental benefit. An office that starts where every instinct says to start — the state Medicaid site — will not find the patient's dental coverage there, because it is not there to find.
This is the mirror image of North Carolina. There, everything runs through the state system and the plan card is a distraction. Here, the state system is the distraction and everything runs through one administrator. Both mistakes end the same way: someone records "no coverage" for a covered patient.

The hostname was put through a Domain Name System lookup on 10 September 2026. That is what we verified and the limit of it — we did not attempt to sign in, and a portal declining traffic from outside a practice network would tell us nothing either way.

- Do not start at
medicaid.nv.govfor dental — it will not have the answer. - One administrator statewide means no per-plan routing to learn, which makes Nevada one of the simpler states once the first fact lands.
- Write "LIBERTY statewide" against Nevada in the practice management system.
