How do I log in to New Mexico Medicaid for dental?

New Mexico replaced both its claims engine and its provider portal in a single cutover on 23 March 2026 — the current address is yes.nm.gov, and the old nmmedicaid.portal.conduent.com is gone from DNS rather than redirected.

The portal is yes.nm.gov. New Mexico moved to it on 23 March 2026, when Turquoise Claims replaced both the claims engine and the provider portal in a single cutover.

A cutover with no redirect left behind

The previous address, nmmedicaid.portal.conduent.com, has no DNS record. We checked on 10 September 2026 and it returns nothing.

A one-day cutover that replaces the claims engine and the portal together is disruptive enough. Retiring the old hostname without leaving a redirect turns every stale bookmark in the state into a browser error, months after the event, with nothing on screen to explain why.

If a New Mexico claim or eligibility check has been failing since the spring and nobody has re-bookmarked, that is very likely the whole story.

Both hostnames were put through a Domain Name System lookup on 10 September 2026. yes.nm.gov resolves through a hosted platform, which is normal and matters only in that a bookmark saved against an inner address can break on its own. The old hostname returns no address record at all.

That lookup is what we verified and the limit of it — we did not attempt to sign in.

What to do

  • Bookmark yes.nm.gov and delete anything pointing at the Conduent hostname.
  • If New Mexico work has been quietly failing since March, check the address before you check anything else.
  • A browser error on the old host is a retired address, not an outage. Do not report one.
  • Record the cutover date alongside the address, so the next person understands why the old one is in circulation.

The state-by-state directory covers 48 states and the District of Columbia, and lists the other dated portal changes worth knowing about.

Portal addresses last re-checked 10 September 2026.
